Anika, who’s a staple in the Spanish school of techno since over 20 years, has never stopped to evolve and make an impact on the international scene, having played several years in a row in Chile, Argentina, Paraguay and Colombia. This year marked a milestone for the Granada born artist – her debut at the infamous Berghain followed by consecutive bookings in the Berlin institution. Several of her productions were released on Ben Sims Symbolism label, like her EP “Sin rodeos” that made waves and sealed even more her quality not only as a DJ but as a producer, as well not to mention the remix she did for Rodhads “Newspeak”. On the floor expect elegance and skills that define Anikas signature sound as she spins wax to make you dance – a true techno artist that goes beyond genre into the captivating layers of electronic music.
